I can understand, everyone nowadays is super busy and hardly finds any time to where, when and how to invest. The program is called RiseToInvest for the benefit of those who want to start investing in residential real estate, it involves breaking down suburbs based on capital growth rate, rental yield, percentage of investors and so on.
In real life it is a very hard and time-consuming exercise that involves going through lots of websites, manual calculations and results may not be what we wanted. RiseToInvest may help you to find a suitable place to invest that may suit your budget.
I made the solution very simple; I have written a program “RiseToInvest” that can make life easy.
RiseToInvest uses data from the best internet resources.
Selections can be based on a budget and selected suburb. Suburb selected is based on a post code. Suburb profile is considered with respect to population growth, median rent, property price, annual capital growth, rental yield and many factors that contribute for selection of your investment property. Based on these factors, the program will give you a list of top performing suburbs.
In addition to this fantastic application, additional tools given to the user to help in doing investment analysis, budget planning, mortgage calculations etc.

RiseToInvest software access: Search can be done in two ways: Budget Or Suburb. After selection you can get, detailed suburb report with average capital growth rate, median property price, gross rental yield, % of owner occupiers, % of renters. In addition to this it will give you information about Primary, Secondary schools and Supermarkets within that post code.
